Singapore businesses that work with us sign a contract with our Singapore company, TUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD., are invoiced in Singapore dollars, and have their work delivered by our 15-person team in Chalakudy, Kerala. A business website starts from SGD 2,500 and typically goes live in about two weeks. Managed IT starts from SGD 480 a month.
That arrangement raises fair questions — about time zones, accountability, on-site work and what happens when something goes wrong. This is how it actually works.
Who do you sign with, and how do you pay?
You contract with our Singapore-registered company (UEN 202536173R), not with an overseas supplier. Invoices are in SGD and paid by bank transfer to the Singapore entity. There are no foreign-currency payments, no international transfer fees on your side, and no ambiguity about which company you have an agreement with.
The delivery team sits with our Indian company in Kerala. That is the part of the arrangement that keeps the price where it is, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.
When can you reach us?
Our Singapore WhatsApp line is answered from 9am to 6pm SGT, every day of the week. Managed IT support runs on Singapore hours, so the people looking after your email, systems and website are working while your office is.
Project work — a new website, a redesign, an automation build — runs to a timeline agreed in writing before we start, so you know when each stage lands rather than waiting to see.
How do you keep track of the work?
You choose how you want to talk to us — WhatsApp, a call, a video meeting or email. Whatever channel a request arrives through, it is logged in our client portal, along with progress updates and the result.
That matters more than it sounds. The usual failure with a remote supplier isn't bad work; it's a request mentioned on a call and never written down. With everything in one place, nothing depends on someone remembering, and you can see what's open, what's done and what's waiting on you.
What if something needs someone on site?
We have local support in Singapore for things that need a person physically present, such as checking a device in your office or meeting your team. If your arrangement needs regular on-site time, we agree that up front and include it in the scope, rather than treating it as an extra you discover later.
Most of what a small business needs — websites, email and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, automation, hosting and maintenance — never needs anyone on site at all.
What kind of businesses use this?
Our Singapore clients include an electrical and instrumentation contractor, a printing company and a motorcycle shop. None of them has an in-house IT team, and none of them wants to build one. What they have in common is a need for websites and day-to-day IT handled properly, by people who answer, at a price that makes sense for a small business.
What does it cost?
We publish our Singapore prices rather than asking you to request a quote:
- Business websites: from SGD 2,500, typically live in about two weeks.
- Managed IT: from SGD 480 a month for scheduled care, from SGD 85 per user per month for full support (minimum five users), and from SGD 2,500 a month for a dedicated administrator.
- Business automation: scoping from SGD 750, builds from SGD 3,500.
Full detail is on our Singapore page.
Can I use the PSG grant?
No. We are not on the Productivity Solutions Grant pre-approved vendor list, so our work isn't PSG-claimable. If the grant is central to your decision, a pre-approved vendor will suit you better, and we would rather tell you that now than after a proposal.
When this isn't the right fit
- You need a large team on site every day. We arrange on-site time where it's needed, but a business that needs several engineers in the office daily is better served by a local firm built for that.
- The grant decides it. As above, PSG-funded projects need a pre-approved vendor.
- You want to sit across a table for every decision. Some businesses genuinely work best that way. We do most of our work by message and video, and we're honest that it suits some people better than others.
