Let the routine run itself.
Every business has work that eats the day without growing the company — answering the same questions, chasing the same follow-ups, preparing the same reports. We build systems that do that work automatically, so your people can do the work that needs people.
Real systems we've built
An AI assistant on WhatsApp for a service business — it answers customer questions, takes booking details and hands over to a human when needed, around the clock.
The systems that run our own company — AI agents that quality-check our deliverables before clients see them, draft our agreements, and research prospects for our team. We sell what we use ourselves.
Enquiry and follow-up flows — new enquiries captured, acknowledged instantly, and followed up on schedule, so no lead goes cold in someone's inbox.
Customer conversations
Instant, accurate replies on WhatsApp and web chat — with a clean handover to your team for anything sensitive.
Paperwork that writes itself
Quotations, invoices, confirmations and reports generated and sent without anyone opening a template.
Reminders that never forget
Renewals, warranties, payments and appointments — chased automatically, politely, on time.
AI where it earns its place
We use AI where it genuinely saves time — and plain, dependable automation everywhere else.
How it starts
One process at a time.
We don't ask you to change how your business runs. We pick the single most time-consuming routine you have, automate it well, and prove the saving — then move to the next one.
Questions we're asked
Straight answers before you enquire.
What is business automation, in plain terms?
Getting a system to do the repetitive work your staff currently do by hand — answering the same customer questions, sending the same follow-ups, producing the same reports, chasing the same renewals. The work still happens; nobody's day is spent on it.
Which parts of my business can be automated?
The reliable candidates are anything repetitive with clear rules: customer enquiries and first replies, quotations and invoices, appointment and payment reminders, renewal and warranty tracking, order confirmations, internal approvals, and recurring reports.
What shouldn't be automated: judgement calls, negotiations, and complaints. Those need a person — and good automation makes sure a person has time for them.
How much does business automation cost?
We begin with a paid scoping session — ₹10,000, credited in full against the build if you go ahead. That produces a written specification of exactly what will be automated, how, and what it will cost, which is yours to keep either way.
Builds start at ₹40,000 for a single well-defined process, excluding GST. Larger systems touching several parts of your business are quoted against the specification.
The question worth asking alongside it: how many hours a month does this task take today, and what are those hours worth?
How long does an automation project take?
A small, well-defined automation is typically testable in two to four weeks. Larger systems are scheduled in stages so you see something working early rather than waiting months for everything at once.
Is automation only for large companies?
The opposite, usually. A fifty-person company can absorb repetitive work across many staff. A five-person company can't — one person doing two hours of copy-paste daily is a much bigger share of your capacity, so the payback comes faster.
Where does AI genuinely help, and where doesn't it?
AI is genuinely good at understanding what a customer wrote and replying sensibly, drafting documents, and summarising. We use it there — for example, an AI assistant on WhatsApp that answers customer questions around the clock and hands over to your team when it should.
For anything that must be exactly right every time — calculations, records, payments — we use plain, dependable automation instead. Knowing which to use where is most of the skill.
Do you use off-the-shelf tools or build it?
We build. Most no-code stacks work until the month you outgrow them, and then you're paying per user for something you don't control. Our automations are built as your own systems, using official platforms where required — messaging runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform rather than an unofficial workaround that can be cut off without warning.
What happens if something breaks?
Automations we build are covered by a support arrangement — we monitor them and fix failures. You get one contact for it, not a ticket queue, and anything we got wrong is fixed at our cost.
Tell us what's slowing your business down.
We reply within one working day with an honest view of what we'd do, how long it takes, and what it costs.
