Your IT department,
without the headcount.
Small companies need the same things large ones do — working email, a healthy website, secure systems, and someone to call when something breaks. Hiring for that is expensive. We do it as a service, for a predictable monthly arrangement.
Three ways to work with us
The arrangement fits you — not the other way around.
Scheduled care
For businesses that need the essentials handled quietly: security updates, backups, server and hosting management — done on a fixed schedule, reported monthly.
A dedicated administrator
A named specialist from our team working fully for your company — inside your tools, on your priorities, every working day, at a fraction of a local hire.
On-call, with an SLA
Support when you need it, with agreed response and resolution times in writing — so "we'll get to it" is never the answer you receive.
Sound familiar?
What we take off your plate.
"The email stopped working."
Accounts, passwords, storage full at the worst moment. We administer it, so it just works.
Renewals nobody remembers
Domains, hosting, SSL certificates — tracked and renewed before anything expires.
A website going quietly stale
Backups, updates and small fixes done on schedule, not when something breaks.
Security patches left for "later"
Applied on time — before later becomes an incident.
New staff, new devices, new accounts
Set up properly on day one; access removed properly on the last day.
Five vendors pointing at each other
One number to call for anything technical. We coordinate the rest.
Companies in Singapore and India already run their IT this way with us — it's often the first service a client takes, and the reason they stay.
Questions we're asked
Straight answers before you enquire.
What does an outsourced IT team actually do?
Everything a small in-house IT person would: email accounts and access, hosting and server upkeep, website maintenance and backups, security updates, new-staff setup and departing-staff access removal, and being the number you call when something technical goes wrong.
How much do managed IT services cost?
It depends which of our three arrangements suits you. Scheduled care — security updates, backups, hosting and server management on a fixed schedule — starts at ₹8,000 per month. On-call support with an agreed SLA is priced against your response and resolution requirements. A dedicated administrator working full-time for your company is quoted individually, since it's effectively a hired role. All excluding GST.
The comparison worth making is against a local hire: our dedicated-administrator option costs a fraction of an equivalent salary in Singapore.
How quickly can you start?
Usually the next working day. Once we have the necessary access — email admin, hosting, domain — the routine work begins immediately. There's no lengthy onboarding project before you see anything.
We already have someone doing IT part-time. Does this replace them?
Not necessarily. Plenty of our clients keep an internal person for day-to-day desk support while we handle servers, email administration, security and the website. We're comfortable being the layer behind your person rather than replacing them.
Do you support businesses outside India?
Yes — we run IT for companies in Singapore and India today, and serve clients across Malaysia and the UAE. Work is delivered remotely by our Kerala team, with contracts through our Indian or Singapore entity, whichever suits you.
What are your response times if something breaks?
Under our on-call arrangement, response and resolution times are agreed in writing as part of your service level agreement, so "we'll get to it" is never the answer. Under scheduled care, routine work runs on a fixed schedule and urgent issues are handled as they arise.
How do you handle our passwords and access?
Access is limited to the people working on your account and revoked when it's no longer needed. What we hold and how long we keep it is set out in our data retention policy.
Is there a minimum contract?
Six months is standard, sometimes three depending on scope. After any minimum period, either side can end the arrangement with one month's written notice — the terms are in your agreement, not buried in fine print.
Tell us what's slowing your business down.
We reply within one working day with an honest view of what we'd do, how long it takes, and what it costs.
