An IT department
you don't have to hire.
A Singapore SME needs working email, a healthy website, secure systems and someone to call — the same things a large company needs, without the budget to employ someone for it. We do that work for a fixed monthly fee, and we tell you exactly what is and isn't included before you sign.
What we take off your plate
Email and accounts — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administered properly: mailboxes, access, storage, security settings, shared drives. Set up on day one for new staff, removed on the last day for departing ones.
Hosting, domains and renewals — tracked and renewed before anything expires. No more discovering an SSL certificate lapsed because the reminder went to someone who left.
Security and backups — patches applied on schedule rather than left for later, backups running and verified, and the boring configuration work that only gets noticed when it was missing.
Website upkeep — updates, fixes and content changes handled on a schedule, so the site doesn't quietly go stale between projects.

FROM SGD 85 / USER / MONTHDedicated administrator

The honest comparison
Against hiring someone.
A mid-level IT manager in Singapore costs SGD 7,000–10,000 a month in salary, and SGD 8,500–12,500 once employer CPF, recruitment, training and tooling are counted. One person, one skill set, and no cover when they take leave.
A dedicated administrator from our team starts at SGD 2,500 a month, with our wider team behind them for anything outside their specialism.
The genuine trade-off: they are not in your office. If your business needs someone physically present most days — a workshop, a showroom floor, a site with equipment — hire locally. We will tell you that on the first call rather than the third month.

Questions Singapore clients ask
Straight answers.
How much does managed IT cost in Singapore?
The Singapore market runs roughly SGD 100–300 per user per month for a fully managed service including on-site engineers. Ours starts at SGD 85 per user per month for managed workplace support, or SGD 480 per month as a fixed retainer for scheduled care.
We are below the local median for one reason we would rather state than hide: our team works remotely from Kerala, India, and on-site attendance is arranged separately rather than built into every invoice. If your business needs an engineer at the office weekly, a local provider is the better fit and we will say so.
What is actually included each month?
Email and account administration, hosting and domain management, renewals tracked before they expire, security patching, backups, website maintenance, and new-staff setup with departing-staff access removal. Plus one number to call when something technical goes wrong.
Excluded and quoted separately: hardware, software licences, office moves, and projects. That is standard across the market, and we would rather it were clear before you sign than discovered in month three.
Where is your team based, and does that matter?
We are registered here as TUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Your work is delivered by our fifteen-person team in Kerala, India, working Singapore business hours — WhatsApp and email answered 9am to 6pm SGT, not a ticket queue in another timezone.
It matters in one direction: it is why a Singapore SME can have proper IT administration for a fraction of a local hire. It matters in the other direction too, and we are straightforward about that — see the previous answer.
How does a dedicated administrator compare with hiring someone?
A mid-level IT manager in Singapore costs SGD 7,000–10,000 a month in salary, and SGD 8,500–12,500 all-in once employer CPF and the rest are counted. A dedicated administrator from our team starts at SGD 2,500 per month — a named specialist working for your company every working day, inside your systems, on your priorities.
They do not sit in your office. For most SMEs that turns out not to be the thing that mattered.
What are your response times?
Response and resolution times are agreed in writing in your service agreement, graded by how badly the issue is hurting you — a mail system down is not the same as a password reset, and should not be queued the same way.
You get the actual times before you sign, not a promise to be reasonable.
We have someone doing IT part-time. Does this replace them?
Often not. Plenty of clients keep an internal person for desk-side help while we handle email administration, hosting, security, backups and the website behind them. Being the layer behind your person is a perfectly good arrangement and usually the cheaper one.
Is there a minimum contract?
Twelve months, which is standard for managed IT in Singapore — some providers require twenty-four or thirty-six. After the minimum term either side can end the arrangement with one month's written notice.
The reason for a minimum is practical: the first two months are spent fixing what was never set up properly, and nobody sees the value of that in week three.
How do you handle our passwords and access?
Access is limited to the people working on your account and revoked when it is no longer needed. Nothing is shared through chat. What we hold and how long we keep it is set out in our data retention policy, and our agreements carry a PDPA data-intermediary clause covering delivery from India.
