Ranking is no longer
the whole job.
Your next customer might scroll Google, glance at the AI answer above the results, tap the map, or simply ask ChatGPT who to call. Those are four different surfaces with four different rules, and most agencies still only work on one of them. We work on all of them, and we tell you plainly which ones matter for your business.
Where customers find you
Four surfaces, not one.
Google search
The blue links, plus featured snippets and the People Also Ask box. Technical health, on-page work, content and authority — the discipline everyone means by SEO.
AI Overviews & assistants
The answer above the results, and the recommendation ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity gives when someone asks directly. Won through entity clarity, structured data and presence in the sources these systems read.
Maps and the local pack
Google Business Profile, reviews, categories and local landing pages. For a Singapore service business this is often the surface producing the actual phone calls.
Third-party sources
Directories, industry listings, comparison articles and community threads. They rank in Google and feed the language models at the same time, which makes them worth double.
What we found testing this in Singapore
Before selling AI visibility, we tested how assistants actually answer Singapore business questions — the kind your customers would ask. "Best web development agencies for SMEs in Singapore." "Who handles IT for a small company here."
The answers were not assembled from company websites. They were built from Google Business Profiles, directories and "best of" listicles — with star ratings, review counts and opening hours pulled straight from Maps.
That finding changes the order of the work. For a local service business, publishing more blog posts is not what gets you into an AI answer. A complete Business Profile, genuine reviews and presence in the sources these systems trust is what does it — and that is where we start.
Entity clarity first
Structured data and consistent business information everywhere you appear, so a machine can tell who you are.
Business Profile properly done
Categories chosen against what actually ranks, services listed, reviews requested through a workflow you can run.
Answer-first content
Written so a person gets their answer and a model can quote it. Both, or neither works.
Visibility tracked monthly
A fixed set of questions tested across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, logged and reported as a trend.
What we promise
Precisely, and in writing.
Refusing to commit to anything is not honesty, it is evasion. So we commit in three layers, and you see all three before you sign.
The work itself is guaranteed. The agreed deliverables every month, the report by the fifth working day, a reply to you within one working day, a named person and a named escalation. That is entirely within our control, so we simply promise it.
Outcomes are forecast, not guaranteed. After the Foundation you get priority targets — terms we believe are winnable, each graded by difficulty with a forecast window and the reasoning shown — and ambition targets, the ones you most want, named honestly with no date attached until we have real data.
And there is a remedy. At ninety days we review the leading indicators. If they have materially missed and the agreed conditions were met, you get an extra month free, a re-audit at our cost, and a revised plan. More work, not a refund.
You own everything
Search Console, Analytics and Business Profile stay in your name. We hold access, never ownership.
No bought links
No paid placements, no private blog networks, no exchanges. We will explain every link we build.
Reported against baseline
Not against last month alone, and with branded traffic separated out so a brand-search bump is never sold as a result.
Bad months reported plainly
With the cause and what we are doing about it. A client who only hears good news stops believing any of it.
Investment
What it costs here.
Foundation
Where every engagement starts. A sixty-point audit, the technical and on-page fixes actually done rather than listed, your baseline captured, target keywords graded, and a six-month roadmap. Yours to keep whatever you decide next.
FROM SGD 1,200 · ONE-TIMECore
A single-location business with a small site, competing locally. Business Profile and local visibility, technical maintenance, and two content pieces a month.
FROM SGD 950 / MONTHGrowth
An established SME with several services and a site that should be bringing in enquiries. Four content pieces a month, rolling on-page work, and the full local and AI visibility programme.
FROM SGD 1,600 / MONTHAuthority
Competitive verticals, multiple locations or e-commerce. Higher content volume, digital PR, and a quarterly strategy session.
FROM SGD 2,600 / MONTHSix-month minimum after the Foundation, then one month's notice either way. No exit penalties. We do not currently take health, legal or financial services work — that content needs a qualified reviewer and we do not have one.
Questions Singapore clients ask
Straight answers.
How much does SEO cost in Singapore?
We start with a Foundation — a full audit and a fix sprint, from SGD 1,200. Monthly retainers then run from SGD 950 for a single-location business, SGD 1,600 for most SMEs, and SGD 2,600 for competitive verticals and e-commerce.
The Singapore market generally runs SGD 1,500–3,000 a month for SME work, with audits alone at SGD 800–3,000. We are below that because our team works from Kerala, and our Foundation includes fixing what the audit finds rather than handing you a PDF and an invoice.
Why is your entry tier under the SGD 1,200 that agencies say is the minimum?
Because Core is a smaller job, not a cheaper version of a bigger one. It suits a single-location business with a small site whose customers search locally — the work is Google Business Profile, local visibility, technical health and two pieces of content a month. That is genuinely a few hours a week, and we would rather price it honestly than pad it.
If you are competing nationally, in a crowded vertical, or running e-commerce, Core will not do it and we will tell you so on the first call. That conversation is cheaper for both of us than six months of underfunded effort.
Can you get us to number one on Google?
Nobody can guarantee that, and an agency that does is either misinforming you or planning to blame you later. What we do instead is commit precisely.
At the end of the Foundation you get two lists. Priority targets are the terms we believe are winnable, each graded by difficulty, each with a forecast window in writing and the reasoning behind it. Ambition targets are the terms you most want — named honestly, no date attached at the start, and reviewed properly at month six with real data.
You will know before you sign which of your keywords sits in which list.
What happens if it does not work?
At ninety days we review the leading indicators together — impressions, indexed pages, crawl health, position movement on the priority set, Business Profile actions. Three months is too early to judge revenue and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
If those indicators have materially missed and you have met the agreed conditions, you get a Strategy Reset: an additional month of service at no charge, a re-audit at our cost, and a revised plan agreed jointly. The remedy is more work, not a refund — you bought visibility, and that is what we owe you.
What is AI search visibility, and does it matter yet?
Your customers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for a recommendation instead of scrolling ten blue links, and Google now answers many searches directly with an AI Overview. Being absent from those answers is a different problem from ranking badly, and it needs different work.
We tested this properly in Singapore before selling it. Assistants answering questions like "who handles IT for a small company here" build their answers largely from Google Business Profiles, directories and listicles — not from company websites. That finding changes the order of the work, and it is why we start with your Business Profile and your presence in the sources these systems actually read.
What do you actually do each month?
A fixed rhythm rather than whatever seems urgent. Week one is measurement and technical fixes, week two is content, week three is local, off-page and AI visibility, week four is optimisation and planning next month.
You get a written report by the fifth working day covering what moved against your baseline, what did not, what we did, what we are doing next, and what we need from you — with dates, so delays are visible in both directions.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
You do, always. Search Console, Analytics and your Business Profile are created under your ownership with us holding delegated access. If we part ways, we remove our access within five working days and you keep everything — audits, roadmaps, content, keyword sets, the lot.
We will not hold a client's Business Profile or domain hostage. If you have been burned by that before, ask us to put the handover terms in the agreement and we will.
How do you build links?
Slowly and legitimately. Digital PR, industry and association listings you genuinely belong to, supplier and partner links, unlinked brand mentions reclaimed, and genuine participation in communities where disclosing who we are is fine.
We do not buy links, use private blog networks, or join link exchanges. If a vendor will not explain their method plainly, that is usually because explaining it would end the conversation.
Do you work with any industry?
Not yet. We do not currently take health, medical, legal or financial services work, because content in those areas needs a qualified reviewer and we do not have one on staff. We would rather say that than take the money.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Six months after the Foundation. SEO judged on four weeks tells you nothing, and any agency happy to be measured that way is optimising for the wrong things.
No lock-in beyond that, no exit penalty, and no clause that makes leaving expensive. Our results should keep you, or nothing should.
Tell us what's slowing your business down.
We reply within one working day with an honest view of what we'd do, how long it takes, and what it costs.
