How much does business automation cost in Singapore?
We start with a paid scoping session at SGD 750, credited in full against the build if you go ahead. It produces a written specification of exactly what will be automated, how, and what it will cost — yours to keep either way, including if you take it to another vendor.
Builds start at SGD 3,500 for a single well-defined process. Automation touching several systems at once is quoted against the specification. For context, the Singapore market generally runs SGD 5,000–15,000 for a single process and SGD 15,000–40,000 for multi-system work.
Why are you below the market range?
Our team builds from Kerala, India, and you contract with our Singapore entity. That is the whole of it — there is no reduced scope hiding behind the number.
What you should compare is not the price but the specification. Ask any vendor, including us, to write down exactly which process, which systems, what happens when it fails, and who fixes it. A cheap quote against a vague scope is the expensive option.
What can actually be automated?
The reliable candidates are repetitive work with clear rules: enquiry capture and first reply, quotation generation and approval, follow-up sequences, invoice chasing, appointment and renewal reminders, order confirmations, internal approvals, and recurring reports.
What should stay with people: judgement calls, negotiation, pricing decisions and complaints. Good automation is what gives your team the time to handle those properly.
Where does AI genuinely help?
AI is genuinely good at reading what a customer wrote and replying sensibly, drafting documents, and summarising. We use it there — an assistant on WhatsApp that answers questions around the clock and hands over to your team when it should.
For anything that must be exactly right every time — calculations, records, payments — we use plain, dependable automation instead. Knowing which to use where is most of the skill, and vendors who put AI in everything are usually selling the demo.
Do you build on no-code platforms or custom?
Both, chosen on merit rather than habit. A proven platform for the common plumbing, with a custom layer where your business is genuinely different. What we avoid is a no-code stack that works until you outgrow it and then charges per user for something you do not control.
Messaging runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform — we are a registered Meta Tech Provider — rather than an unofficial workaround that can be cut off without warning.
What about PDPA and where our data sits?
Contracts are through TUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. under Singapore law, with a PDPA data-intermediary clause covering delivery from India. Where your data is stored and processed is decided at scoping and written into the specification, not discovered afterwards.
If your business has data-residency requirements, tell us at scoping — it changes the architecture, and it is cheaper to know on day one.
Are there grants available?
Not through us at the moment. We are not on the PSG pre-approved vendor list, so PSG funding does not apply to work we do. That may change; it is not the case today.
Some Singapore SMEs fund custom digitalisation work through other Enterprise Singapore schemes, which are applied for by your business rather than by us, and must be approved before work starts. Ask Enterprise Singapore or a grant consultant — we will provide whatever scope documentation an application needs.
How long does it take, and what happens if it breaks?
A single well-defined automation is usually testable in two to four weeks after scoping. Larger systems are staged so you see something working early rather than waiting months.
Automations we build are covered by a support arrangement from SGD 180 per month — we monitor them and fix failures. Anything we got wrong is fixed at our cost.
