Forty parents,
one message.
When a school group leaves for a trip, the agency's phone starts ringing — the same question, asked separately by every family. Trip Updates sends departures, arrivals, photographs and notices straight to parents on WhatsApp, so everyone knows what is happening and nobody has to call to find out.
How it works
Your tour leader opens the portal and sends an update — the coach has left, the group has arrived, here is a photograph from the museum, tomorrow's start time has changed. It goes out to the parents on that trip through WhatsApp.
Parents receive it on the app they already have open. Nothing to install, no account to create, no password to forget at eleven at night.
Each agency gets its own account, with its own trips, groups and history. Updates run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform — TUS Global is a registered Meta Tech Provider — so there is no unofficial workaround waiting to be switched off mid-trip.
On the app they already use
WhatsApp, not another download. Every parent can read it, including the ones who would rather not learn a new app.
Official platform
Registered Meta Tech Provider. No banned numbers halfway through a tour.
One agency, many trips
Separate groups, separate histories, run from a single portal.
Fewer phone calls
The point of the product. Your office staff get their day back.
Where it is today
Live, with early clients.
Trip Updates is running real trips for early clients while we get it right before a wider launch. Pricing is not published yet, deliberately — we would rather settle it with the agencies actually using it than announce a number and revise it later.
If you run group trips and this sounds like your problem, talk to us now. Early clients get our attention and a say in what gets built next.
Questions agencies ask
Straight answers.
Who is this for?
Travel agencies and tour operators running group trips where somebody at home is waiting for news — school and college tours in particular, and any trip where the traveller is not the person who booked it.
The problem it solves is specific: the office phone ringing all day with the same question, asked by forty different parents.
How does it work?
Your tour leader sends an update from the portal — departed, arrived, a photograph, a notice. It goes out to the parents on that trip through WhatsApp, on the messaging app they already use, without anyone installing anything.
Each agency has its own account in the portal, with its own trips, its own groups and its own message history.
Is this the official WhatsApp, or a workaround?
The official WhatsApp Business Platform. TUS Global is a registered Meta Tech Provider, which is what allows us to run it properly.
This matters more than it sounds. Unofficial WhatsApp automation gets numbers banned without warning, usually at the least convenient moment. Nothing here depends on a workaround that can be switched off.
What does it cost?
We are not publishing pricing yet. The product is live and serving early clients, and we are working with them to get the pricing right before we put a number on this page.
If you run group trips and want to talk about it now, get in touch and we will be straightforward about where the product is and what it would cost you.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes. We would rather run one real trip with you than sell you a subscription against a demo. Talk to us about which trip and we will set it up.
Who built it?
We did — designed, built and operated by our own team, on the same platform we use to build client systems. When something needs fixing, you are talking to the people who wrote it.
Tell us what's slowing your business down.
We reply within one working day with an honest view of what we'd do, how long it takes, and what it costs.
